Family Camping Tent Suggestions?

Hey I'm not a tent kinda guy to begin with. I do a lot of wilderness work and either sleep in a tarp shelter, bivi bag or in a hammock.

Now my wife wants to fair weather camp with me (car camp) and she wants to sleep in a tent on a cot. No problem dear...

So anyone got a suggestion on a good reliable larger three season family type tent?

Criteria:

Three Weather Durability - not winter camping but spring/summer/fall. It rains here and we do get some high 30+mph winds.

Fast and easy to set up - in a short period of time - plus fast tear down.

Good ventilation for summer

At least two rooms - one for sleeping, one for storing gear, a table etc.

Maybe has a covered entryway so we can sit under it in the heat of the day or during a shower storm or perhaps a fully enclosed sun type room with bug netting.

Money isn't an concern, quality and speed to set up/tear down is and amble size and comfort.

They make these with add a rooms, but the larger one room ones are great. Springbar tents, made a sold by Kirkhams in Utah. The front awning has optional sides bug net rooms etc for mutiple configurations. This is a family camper "7". A coworker has several, and has had one 25 years or so, still going strong. Set up is easy and it snaps together... takes me about 7 minutes after offloading from the vehicle to have it assembled. Done it several times however, first time MAY take 15 minutes to learn the center pole "spring part". Once up however, they will not fall down it staked good.

Mine at cobble rest campground on the Mirror lake scenic highway last fathers day. Even my 6 foot even body can easily stand straigh up right, they are tall.
