Recently sent 3 knives to Buck, inverted stamp 120 and 105 both had seen use and bad sharpening jobs and a 501 Script stamp with an over sharpened blade that would not lock.
Buck received them on Oct.11 and they arrived back here in Virginia on Oct.14.
Both fixed blades look new and the 501 was rebladed and looks new also.
I can't say enough good things about Buck.
My only problem now is they are too pretty to use!!!
Thanks to a great company and team at Buck Knives Inc.

good to hear. bucks warranty is the best in the industry.

I wanna say that's awesome, but we need pics or it didn't happen ;)

C'mon man, you should know knife nuts crave pictures:D

I sent in a 110 with hardly any snap to it when closing and a blade that had quite a bit of side to side play about 2 weeks ago. Filled out the paperwork and included it in the box. Haven’t heard anything from them. I know they got it from the tracking information. Is it normal to not hear from them like this?

My only word from them was receiving the repaired knife in my mailbox.

When your knife gets checked into our system, if you have provided an e-mail you will get a email from us saying it has been checked in. You will also get one with tracking when it ships out. These e-mails can get flagged as spam by your systems. If you didn't provide an e-mail, it will be processed and returned and we will only contact you if we have a question on the repair. It is starting to get to be our busy season for repairs and lead times are starting to stretch. We have a plan in place to minimize this. The goal is to maintain our 3 week turn throughout the busy season.

Thank you for that information. I appreciate it. Another example of great service from Buck.

The effort Buck puts into repairs and other services on the back end after the sale is pretty amazing when you think about it.

Mr Hubbard for the last 10 years my family and friends who know I love and collect them have been bringing me all there damaged Buck knives. .If I had one similar to it I would give it to them and say I would send them in. I have probably 20 different Bucks with issues lol! I will put all of them in a box and send it to Post Falls but some were clearly misused and not Bucks fault and some just need to be sharpened. .My question is how can I pay for it when I don't know exactly what the cost is? Can yall take a look at them and send me a email with the cost and I'll pay the grand total with my credit card? I figure the best thing to do is put a note on each knife. .Then there is just one return postage but I will get a great big box back from Buck !!! That is a beautiful day for sure. .

Our Techs will assess all of them and let you know what the cost will be with a phone call or e-mail to you. Pretty common to get boxes like that. Feel free to put my name on package.

Thank you so much! I will try to get them off by November so there is a chance I'll get them back by Christmas.
