I don't find the time to go to my shop and work on my knives at the moment. A lot of re-arranging and re-organizing has to be done, but i wanted to show the latest complete knife that i made in late may.
A LOT of time went into designing the shape of the knife. :)

OAL 16", width 2", thickness 1/4".
Steel is 1.2552 (not sure about the english name for it). Real real great stuff!
Slightly recurved blade with small false edge, rope filework (kind of) and 'Poison-Dart-Frog-Micarta'. :D
Finish is acid wash / hand rub satin finish.

I hope you like.

SWEET! I like it, especially the glow in the dark micarta. What did you use for it?

Thanks a lot!

I used ultra green glow-powder from www.glowinc.com. Brightest and longest lasting glow powder there is.
In a knife-handle it helps locating the knife in darkness. Even after hours its still easily detectable.

Of course this knife is more like a wall-hanger, but i still like to use glow-powder as a little gimmick... :)

How do you incorporate the poweder in the material of the handle?

@ Joss:

I milled the grooves into the micarta sheet, then filled the whole "net" of grooves with an epoxy / glow-powder mixture.
