Hi everyone just wondering if anyone has Fantoni C.U.T. folding knife and his thoughts and short review about it.Thanks.
 
Ive seen that design by a few makers now... anyone know who created it?

This knife has been on the list since I saw it listed on a few dealers.

Other thing is I'm trying to understand it 375$ price tag, but then again Fantoni's fit and finish is said to be on par with some of the best.

Also, the other model they have called the HB 01 is calling my name, and its a little cheaper.
 
I purchased the C.U.T. last month. This was my first Fantoni knife, and was so pleased with the workman ship that I purchased the MIX the following week.
The C.U.T is quite deceiving, it looks like it would be heavy,its actually very light,with the titanium liner. I would put this knife on par with my Sebenza.
Its a totally different knife than the Sebi, with the attention to detail ,quality and ergonomics, I would be hard pressed to let this one go, its a keeper. :D

The MIX is a mid lock, with the same high quality.As was mentioned before, the lock is so strong that this one is at most times a two hander.
When open you'd swear it was a fixed blade, will I purchase another Fantoni? most definitely.

I have the flipper version. I got one, and got another the next day since they arent readily availably..

The fit and finish is spot on, smooth as butter, ergonomics are perfect. Only thing hard to believe is the price tag..

I have $2000 customs that barely live up to this knife, no joke..
 
Well its Dmitry Sinkevich design who is custom knife maker,steel is s30v hardened to 60-61 hrc.My only concern about fantoni cut is the liner lock.I heard some owners of fantoni harsey hb01 complained about it.

The liner lock on the C.U,T. was the first thing I looked at, when I received the knife. It's almost like a frame lock the way they did it up. It sits perfectly flush to the tang,never seen one quite like it before. There is absolutely no play or movement,a real beauty of a knife for sure. :)

Well it was on a british blades forums i am not sure about fantoni harsey hb01,guy used it hard for some time and then complained about blade play and blade centering was off.Who knows what was he doing with the knife probably something he should not.Not important Iam going for fantoni cut anyway its a beautifull blade.:)

I have had the flipper version in my pocket for the last 2 weeks, used it just as I would any other knife..

Still dead center, vault lockup, not 1 issue..

No I found a dealer in Finland lamnia its 243 euros plus shiping comes to around 330 $.I see you have Reinhard Muller logo i have MSP backlock and the knife is amazing,s90v steel,premium ironwood handles,superb F@F just excellent knife.
