Anyone have experience with this knife? Looks like a great gentlemen folder.

Fantoni makes the City Dweller. Fantonini makes fine nativity sets :D

I have a Lone Wolf Loveless City Knife, which I believe are made by Fantoni. I also have a Fantoni Hide. Both are high quality knives, so I expect the City Dweller would be great also.

I got the Micarta Dweller and it's a great take on a traditional folder. The ergonomics are great even though it violates the blade:handle ratio that some are inclined to care about. I don't carry it as much as I would like for one minor reason: the rounded bottom of the pocket sheath. As far as pocket sheathes go, I prefer the KSF Mainstreet-style pocket sheath (I think that's what it's called) which is designed to stand up in your pocket and not turn sideways. The knife came relatively sharp and is a good slicer obviously for smaller tasks. The Micarta is similar to Esee's micarta which offers great grip and looks good too–although it does darken pretty easily. If you do end up ordering one the knife will barely fit into the sheath until you wet-fit it and then it's nice, thin and not much bigger than the knife itself. Here's a rather thorough review at Blade Reviews. Again, it's a great knife and as soon as I figure something out with the sheath it will see more use.
