FAQ update

I've got a backlog of good stuff from John Powell and from the forum to put on the FAQ. Being a single parent of a teenager and a pre-teen is keeping me busy. Plus it's summer, and I'm enjoying the sunshine here in the PNW before the rains set in.

But John just sent a couple sample chapters from his upcoming book, and I figured I'd post them right away. No pictures, but the text is under the link for samples from John's book.

Howard, you've done a hell of a job with the FAQ and I think many of us don't show our appreciation enough.
