How does the farid K2 carry in the pocket for its size? also, hows the corrosion resistance of of CPM 10v compared to D2 or CPM 3V?

I have found the K2 to ride easily in the front pocket. It will not weigh you down or be noticeable more so than any other folder. I think it is great thus far.

It's a bit wide, but in jeans pockets, it fits nicely. It's so thin that it doesn't feel heavy. I have no other knives that I carry tip down, so that has been the biggest adjustment I had to make. Not sure on corrosion resistance yet, but by other's accounts, it seems as though it doesn't patina as easily as M4.

Your title is a little weird. It looks like you are trying to give away a K2.

It is very similar to the Military, carried in my right back pocket. Same length handle, slightly wider. Of course, the blade is noticeably wider and longer. And it does weigh more, but not enough to matter.

My Tatanka arrived today so the K2 suddenly looks smaller than it used to. :D

oh man! thanks for the response guys. I'm considering on getting one more than ever. initially I was thinking of getting a Super Commander or ZT0620CF but when I found out about this knife this morning it blew my mind considering the materials used and similar price point from Emerson and ZT.

Loving my K-2. Rides unnoticed in pocket by myself or others around me. I really like the extremely simple construction. No corrosion yet but I clean after using so I wouldn't expect any.

I like the thicker, beefier blades and handles, that blade just screams "badass" every time i see one.
K2 I'd take any day to use as an EDC.

I'd place the K2's 10V below D2 and somewhere around 3V or Cruwear for corrosion resistance. It's above Super blue , 1095 and O-1 but not up to stainless levels. It's easy to keep rust free with a little work. I don't patina my knives so I can't speak to how easy it takes one.

I find that it rides nicely in the front pocket, but it is wide. Wide enough that you may not want to keep anything else in that pocket as you may or may not be able to get your hand in there comfortably. It has a sharp part of the handle that pokes your hand. Tip up would actually solve this problem, and I might be tapping this bad boy for tip up. I concur with everyone else's corrosion comments. No patina or rust whatsoever.
