OK there is no reason this blade should still be here! Yall dont make me buy another cause the one I got is bad to the bone literally! This is one of the finest blades HI makes especially for the kitchen or even better for camp kitchen! Its edge profile is very similar to the KLVUK so you can whack some ribs apart or chop some duck or whatever you want. Dont go through rib bones but go between them. Chicken and duck etc whack anywhere you want! Just get you a good cutting board cause your gonna need it! Its heavy enough that you can just guide it to the board and it will get you there. I love mine and it lives in the kitchen next to my best ethnic blades!

Agreed! I would have jumped on this one when it first posted: great price, perfect length, perfect weight.... but it's missing the CHO!!!! it's just a personal thing/like :( I have a problem :(

You should jump on this one and make your own cho. A couple hours with a round file, which you could do while watching tv or whatever else you do to relax, and you'll have the perfect blade with a cho. You could also do it with a cylindrical rasp in a power drill.

Good point! but that's a talent/skill beyond my means. but patience... patience i'm good at! :)

I love the blade shape handle material, color, everything. But I can't afford it at this time or I would buy it. I do like the HI original style sheaths better though.
