Fat carbon scratch or crack?

Hello knife community,

I noticed a small line on my arctic storm suru and am not sure if it's a scratch or crack. Does anyone know if Fat Carbon scratches or cracks easily? Not sure if I would be able to purchase a new scale from Fox knives either or be able to fix it myself. Any advice?

That looks like a chip that has spread and become a small delamination of the top layer.
