What am I supposed to do with these things? I live in Michigan and believe they are illegal. Any advise would be helpful.
Thank you -

Any chance you could post pics? Maybe in the switchblade subforum? If they're old you might have something special (as in rare/valuable). Some old switchblades are worth a fair amount of money, even if they don't seem like they would be.

You may not be able to carry them but you can still collect them. I'd hold onto them and Sorry for your loss may he Rip.

Sorry for your loss. It isnt illegal to own them and frankly, the government has no place to tell you whether or not you can keep those memories of your dad. Automatic knives are not illegal to own in most places, but may be illegal to carry. Look up your laws or call and ask the police in your state a hypothetical question about it.

Sorry for your loss. Switch blades are now legal in Michigan. Double edged blades are still illegal. Blades over 3’” cannot be concealed.
