Father's Day Gifts?

Any Father's day ideas?

I got Vicksburg by Groom, Horse soldiers, and the latest Lee Child.

Dad's headed to Argentina to save the planet by putting a dent in the dove and pigeon population.

Really appreciate any suggestions.
 
How about a nice, classic shaving set? Good quality shaving soap, a badger hair brush, and a Gillette Fat Boy with Derby razors.
 
Does he have a good digital camera? He'll want to take pics if he is headed to Argentina.

Is he a camper/hiker? A nice SAK? Am/fm/weather portable radio? I got my dad a nice Grundig portable radio for fathers day, he has been wanting one. Custom knife from one of the makers here?

It might help to know his hobbies/job/etc.
 
I got my dad a CRKT stubby folding razle, itsa classy and useful knife with jigged bone or ram's horn scales, forArgentina you might consider a nice folding steak knife also I know I've seen one or two out recently.
 
I would get my dad a nice custom Buck 110, but I know he would find it way "too nice" to use it. He's fine with his standard 110. Instead, I made him a very ugly (if tough as nails) custom leather sheath for it. I know it's not a high dollar or nice gift, but he seems to really like it.

I guess it's about on par with that ash tray I made him when I was 6. He loved that thing....and he has never smoked a day in his life;)

Dad's not going to care what you get him. I'm sure he'll appreciate whatever:thumbup:
