This is the official kickoff for the SHBA passaround.
Knife is soon to be on it's way to Resinguy for the Ohio chop in and scheduled to make an apperance at the Buy Brown Utah get together.
I am gonna limit this to about 8-10 other members that show a real commitment to reviewing the knife and comparing it to others that they have.

The first passaround went extremely well and for those wanting in it is in your best interest to look at that old thread.
The last passaround wasn't so great and I'll leave it at that.

I can be reach via email or PM if you want in.
I figure each person can have the knife 7-10 days and then it needs to be shipped to the next lucky Hog/Rat/Dog/Piglet/Mouse/Pup.
Knife needs to be shipped with tracking info and insurance for $600.
There are a few other pre-reqc's that I'll share with those I am thinking of letting in.
If you are a new guy here no worries as we were all new at one time, just have a good reference from another HOG.

Thanks and if anyone has questions or suggestions please let me know.

With Buy Brown Sheath (Thanks Dave for the generous donation during the last passaround).

Compared to a Ratmandu

Where did these guys come from???

I think we need some help from "The Lone Gunmen"

Very cool of you my friend. Hopefully everyone involved enjoys the chance to spend some time with a piece of history.

Sending ot to the get togethers is a great idea. Lots of people get to handle it while only making one stop on the trip.

WOW, no interest.
Seems like everyone must be happy with their new SOB :-)
Knife is on it's way to resinguy.
If you are interested please let me know.

What a great idea, I hope all who are interested get a chance to handle a great piece of INFI past!

No sure who those shady characters are but would love to see them back with a Busse Raod show in Alaska. :-)

Try Suggesting a "Moose" hunt down on the Kenai...Then down to Homer to the Salty Dog to get wasted!!!!!

I've already done a passarround with this very knife a few years ago? Great piece of history.

I've already had my opportunity with this and the straight handle steel heart you passed around too. I'll let some one else take a crack!

Thanks for doing this for those of us who won't ever own one!

Good Morning All,

This is so cool. That Knife is so awesome, I really like that curved spine, the Dark color set off by the shinny solid pins!

David, that's a very nice sheath.

Thank you for All for sharing,
Curtis.

Still no interest?????
I'll close this after the Ohio chop in this weekend.

Would like to have joined in the fun but as I don't know where I may be when my chance may happen, I decided to reduce confusion and let others enjoy this very generous and equally cool opportunity.

Like I said, I already did a passarround a few years ago with this knife and with your steel heart, and did a review.

I have held back from many great passarounds because financially, if I lost one right now, it would be harder for me to make a quick sale of another knife to replace it.

My trust for insurance is about skin deep (never lost or had damaged any knife, but you never know).

I only do passarounds with knives I have not tried before, and that I am able and willing to immediately replace at full value, even if I have a hard time selling another knife.

I would have to sell one my one remaining Busse or a custom to cover the value of this lovely knife, and I have already had a crack at it.

Not sure why you don't have a larger list than you can handle right now!

Shoot, I bet I could dig up the old photos!

Gonna close the passaround at this time.
Wish there were more takers but glad to see that the Ohio Chop In guys had fun with it.
Thanks for the interest all.
