whats your favorite fixed bladed buck? or if you don't have one whats your fovorite folder?

mabye i should have just said favorite buck? :p

The 102 woodsman.

I bought my first woodsman in 1967, and for the next 30 years it went EVERYWHERE with me. It was a hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and general travel knife. It was small enough that I wore it alot as an all around utility/unfolding knife like alot of people used the 110 for. I never liked the 110 because of the weight, so I carried a woodsman everywhere it was leagal. I preffer a small fixed blade to a large folder.

Finally in 1998, my better half bought me a new one because she said the old one was looking like a sharpened ice pick. The new one rides on my right hip as well as the old one. I just wish Buck still had the old style sheath, I liked the pouch design better. But I guess you could say the 102 is my favorite Buck fixed blade.

I'd have to choose the 120.

They catch one's attention, whether working or hanging on the wall.

wow jackknife thats cool i like the feel of the 119 its balanced well but after looking at the pics of 901 i looking for one of those

I dont have any fixed bladed Bucks yet. But I have a 650 en route... currently with USPS

If its half as good as all my other Bucks then I am sure I will be happy

My Fixed Buck du Jour is the 901. For real use, the 120.
Favorite "practical" folder is my 889SBMF.
But I only collect 110...

My favorite Buck knife? Well in the words of the late Johnny Cash......it's the 110, 111,112, 119, 124, 180, 192, 194, 196, gasp for air... 270, 279, 295, 313, 401, 403, 475, 500, 503, 694, 703, 889 Buck knife. Ok....you asked for my favorite one...It's the JH/DY DM 110.

Favorite has to be these two 124 and 184
124 David Yellowhorse one of a kind.
184 Buck custom by Joe Houser one of a kind.

Thats a hard question! I think it would have to be the 184 for me too. My wife bought me a mirror polished one for my 24th birthday and it has got the number one spot for me.

My favorite fixed blade is JB4570'S ,Bob TimberLake custom, aviator.
