favorite camp knife - gossman polaris
fav. machete - esee junglas
fav. axe - gb small forest

if i had to choose 1 it would be the axe

right now definitely my bk7!! but having said that I am planning on buying a Fallkniven A1 this spring and have high hopes for that knife! I hope I will not be disappointed!

Only one blade...? I'd have to go with a Bravo-1:

If I could add a second, it would be a BK-7 or BK-9.

Do you like the ramp? I just got the bravo 2 and i kinda of want to get it removed.

I have models both with and without the ramp. But I tend to carry the ramped models - I use the ramp for striking a ferro rod, and I think it's more aesthetically pleasing. It's completely personal preference, though. That being said, I'd be perfectly happy with a field model.

When I was able to camp I took this knife and it did a great job of cutting wood, and other stuff that needed cutting. Has a convex edge that seems to stay sharp for a long time. I believe it is 1085 steel, .250" thick, thins out when it gets to the handle, so weight is towards the blade.

NOT MY PIC, but this is the knife;

It's either my PMoore Trex or Duty knife

If I had to choose TODAY, it would be the Dozier Wilderness Guide's knife paired with a SAK, and my little Kabar Becker BK-24 or a Dozier K-32 Personal. I seldom only have one knife if I am in the woods.

Spyderco Schempp Rock. Its out in my car, will upload a pic on my lunch break.
