Hi, Merry Christmas & Happy Hanukkah to all my fellow knife enthusiasts.:)

What are your favorite holiday movies?

I'll start...

#1.It's a Wonderful Life

#2.A Christmas Story

#3.A Christmas Carol (1938)

#4.National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (favorite Christmas comedy)

...so what are yours?

Nightmare Before Christmas, Tim Burton animated film with halloween and christmas characters interacting.
A Midnight Clear, U.S. GIs on the front meeting with German soldiers for a christmas party.

I would both start and end Christmas with this classic film.

Seems its been part of my Christmas for as long as I can remember.

+1:D:thumbup:I love that movie!

"You ain't gonna ____ right for a week!":D:D

John Ritter is great in this flick. I think he died just around the conclusion of the filming. It is weird when they cut back and forth from Ritter to Bernie Mac. Both men died before their time. These were to very funny humans. God bless them both. -DT

Dad is that you? Those are my dad's favorite movies. One of his favorite movies ever is It's a Wonderful Life, and every year we watch A Christmas Story, my dad loves the line "It was.....soap poisoning." I think we switch #3 and #4.

All of the above with the addition of "Scrooged" with Bill Murray and "A Christmas Carol" circa 1984 featuring George C. Scott as Ebeneezer Scrooge - perhaps the best rendering of that classic tale ever filmed.

Die Hard.....greatest Christmas movie ever!

National Lampoons Christmas vacation and Scrooged are my favourite comedy's.
