I am putting together a backpacking/camping bag and now am looking for methods of cooking. What packable cooking kit are you guys using now? Any recommendations would be great. I will only be cooking for 1 or possibly 2.

I do a lot of water boiling and I'm a light to ultra light backpacker so I prefer the MSR Titan Kettle and the SnowPeak Trek 700 Pot. These are perfect to me for my purposes.

In a stark comparison to ^, I use an old coffee can with a wire bail and a surplus mess kit. Works for me. Cheap, too. :)

for one I use this little ti Esbit stove http://www.ultimatesurvival.com/camping-hiking/WetFireStove.php
I made a ti windscreen for it that doubles as a wood stove

the mug is a Snow Peak 600 (has a custom lid), everything nests in the mug including stove, Esbit tabs, spork, mini bic, windscreen

when I'm with my wife we use a Snow Peak 900 that I have a Giga stove and fuel canister nested in, made a small ti windscreen for it as well
