Just got to wondering if anyone else had a favorite/most used attachment for their Dremel tools. Mine is easily the small circular saw blades, I use them for cutting everything but metal. My second favorite are the abrasize cut-off wheels, used to cut metal.

last night i was cuttin some kydex and one of the circular saw blades broke and peices of it smacked me in the forehead:eek:
still love the dremel, not quite as much as the sawzall though:D

I use the drum sander about 10X more than any other attachment. Usually it is with the 120 grit drums.

i like the marital high speed atachment first as does my girlfriend and the cutt off wheels made of carbide discs from a dental supply store second.....feverdoc

The drum sander, with the "sandpaper wheels" as a close second.

I enjoy the small polishing discs, I use them on guns and knives all of the time. The only problem is they are expensive:( The cutoff wheels are pretty awesome, and I even use them on things like drywall(to cut holes for the electrical receptacles). Neat little gizmo:)

BWAHAHAAA!! Hmmm..a new use for the flex-shaft attachment! I can just hear my bride hollering over the buzz of my Dremel Moto-Tool "Clyde, whatcha doing out in the garage?" "Uhhh..nothing dear, just polishing something."

The drum sander. It works great for prepping raw rattan sticks(smoothing the nodes and chamfering the ends) before heat treating.
