What is or was your favorite now out of production knife?

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the foolish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brothers keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay me vengeance upon you." Ezekial 25:17-Samuel L. Jackson

Benchmade Tsunami, wished they'd make one now with a G-10 handle.

Cold steel lg. Tanto shinobu, I'd like to see one made now as a linerlock.

One day my Spyderco Lum will be added to the list.

The left handed version of the AFCK, which has just been discontinued by Benchmade.
I hope they'll start making this great knife in an ambidextrous, Axis lock configuration. I know I'm not the only one who wants to see that happen...

Oh, for me it would have to be the Manila Folder Balisongs by Taylor/Seto.

They made the handles thick and heavy, and in solid milled Brass and Aluminum. The feel was incredible.

Man they were sweet!

Because......
getting 'em open
is half the fun!

For a fixed blade, Pacific Cutlery's Jody Sampson design Weehawk boot knife. The bell shaped handle end is perfect for switching from saber to reverse grip. It's like a Yo-Yo with a cutting edge.

I have 2 "ordinary" pocket knives that I have always been very fond of and are no longer made:
Rigid, (the original company) made a 4.5" black micarta handled, satin clip blade folder. Not only does this knife have a super smooth one handed opening the grinds on the blade are great. I still carry this on occasion.
Kabar made a model called the Ka-Lok. The rear bolster acted as the lock release and it had a drop point blade with sandalwood inserts.

I really enjoy both of these tradtional pocket knives, especially the Rigid. I paid $12 for that knife!

OK,
I'll bring in up again........
The Pacific Cutlery, Fer de Lance! Some of you may remember my posts regarding information on this knife. If I EVER find time to make MYSELF a knife

, it will be a reproduction of the Fer de Lance in A2!
Also, if anyone reading this has one in ANY condition, and would part with it for a reasonable price or trade, PLEASE let me know!

I really miss the Blackjack series of Mambas
The large 91/2 inch bladed one was sweet.
The latter 7inch version was not bad either.
BTW, I have a Fer delance, and agree. it is nice. I wish I new where I could get a good kydex sheath for it and my Mamba 7L.
Have a Great day. Later.......

REKAT fang and utility neck knives are up there also. It seems as though they were fairly popular.

Easy ... the Buck 501MS Squire. Like a small Sebenza with its BG-42 blade but sports a checkered wooden handle (nice grip), a steel spacer that fully protects the blade in your pocket, and more affordable (when it was even available).

I still kick myself for not getting a second when they were still around... (kick, kick)
