Been going a little crazy trying to get my hands on another Tank Buster (the only Busse I've ever regretted selling) because that handle is just so damn comfy to me, but thinking maybe another "tac" handled Busse might be a better fit... haven't tried any others, so...

Which Busse with a tac handle do you guys who have owned a few prefer the most?

I have only had 2 of them, Tankbuster and BATAC, of the 2 I am partial to the BATAC, the size suits my needs more. I agree with you on the handles, really nice design. For what it is worth don't feel bad, I sold both mine and regret it as well
 
don't regret letting my BATAC go, but i do regret not getting a second tankbuster when they were offered. love mine and never letting it go. also really like the SJTAC, but not nearly as well rounded a blade as the tankbuster
 
From the production family, my choice would be the NARK. But the custom hand-shaped BATAC (I think I need a new Fury to match) with it is the best ever.

Man this is tuff, I have the TB, BATAC, JH and SJTAC. I like the TAC Hilts big time, but if I have to choose I'd say the SJTAC. Just a great balanced knife for GP use. If prying could be invloved, well nothing but the TB would do in that case. Like I said tuff poll Bro. I voited SJTAC!!!
 
the size and the .187 thickness make it a pleasure to carry,yet its tough enough for anything i need it for.
although some have stated not liking the cg due to the thin handles.but i like them.

Hey guys - thanks for the info and advice so far! I think I might just spring for either the Batac or TB - whichever I can get a hold of first...

I'm now thinking that there would be a lot less redundancy in my collection with a BATAC because its a bit smaller than many of my other blades... The Tankbuster is pretty close to my BJs and SARQ...
 
Tough choice between the BAtac and the Mole Jack.

So I choose the NARK. :)
 
I had one many moons ago, one I regret selling. It had green linen handles too. :(
