I'm not a big Cold Steel folder guy but I would definitely go with the Trail Master, Recon Scout, Recon Tanto, SRK, Master Hunter, The Peace Makers and the Spike series of fixed blades. I would also look at their machetes. They are big sellers.
 
Recon 1 ,SRK San Mai III ,Hold Out ,Trail Master ,Espada, Kobun. Really like the Trench Hawk Axe also. I might buy some of their throwing stars to f**k around with during the summer too.

+1 on the trailmaster. Have one in San Mai III
 
I imagine a selection of tomahawks would be good, consistent sellers. Everytime I go to my favorite knife shop the proprietor seems to have a new assortment available.

The Gurkha Kukri is the best khukuri available. Forget the SMIII on this model as it cost so much and the carbon steel is incredible. It's one of CS' best blades!
 
The Recon 1, Code 4, Kudu and Voyager folders for sure. For fixed blades, the Trailmaster, Outdoorsman, Master Tanto, SRK, Leatherneck and Recon Tanto!
