What is your favourite model and where does the TGULB rank for you?

I think i'd like to try a TGULB but also am waiting to see if any new upcoming models tickle my fancy first/instead!

Jerry any sneak-peaks of what is upcoming this year? 😜

My favorite hasn't changed in 25 years.

I have I think 6 variations of the sjtac now. Two originals, a 2008 special edition jackhammer, .22 LE, flak jack, and the tac saw 7. The handles are similar but a little different between the variations. And the actual sjtacs were all convex ground. They have all had slightly thinner and easier to reprofile edges and are, to me, more practical in daily use. Not that I've never carved a turkey with a TGLB lol or cut a cake with a nmfsh. Between those and the older fusion handled pieces like the FSH and NMFSH and the newer NFSFNO. I think those are my favorites. Ratmandu is close behind those.
Those handle types are very comfortable for my hands and I think they offer a lot in ergonomics. We all know of the legendary toughness of Busse knives. I once used a lesser knife's spine to beat a bgash1 through a large tree limb, very few light marks were left on the bgash the other knife not so much lol. I don't think that the above average handle Contouring is mentioned enough. Sure, choil or no choil will always be a debate and personal preference, but comfortable handles are a really big deal.

I haven't had the chance to handle a tgulb but I have two tglbs and I love them at that thickness and weight with the scales being the size they are. +/- .25'' thick is quite nice for those. The blade heavy profile was what I was looking for when I started looking at Busse, after damaging kabars and similar pieces doing dumb things. I would think that the tgulb would be.. slicier and maybe a bit more nimble.

Obligatory pics for reference, one sjtac not pictured:
