Hello all,

I have a FB04 with the number 035 stamped on the spine - what does this mean?

This is my favorite Spyderco fixed blade. Compact, ergonomic, perfect. Is this still in production in some form?

Thanks for whatever you can tell me.

Pretty certain that's a collectors club number, I could be mistaken though.
You are correct, it's a Spyderco Collectors Club number.

FB04 Street Bowie is not currently in production, but there was one Sprint Run a couple years ago, so there's always a chance there will be another. It's smaller brother, the FB15 Street Beat is available and is another really nice knife.

Mr. Deacon ---- you are a wealth of information !!!! Did the Street Bowie in the Sprint Run differ from the Production Bowies ???

Only in color. The production version had a black FRN handle with black Kraton inlays and came in both a regular and black bladed version. Sprint run had a green FRN handle with black Kraton inlays. But I screwed up a bit in that it really wasn't a Sprint, it was an Exclusive done for either Fred Perrin himself or a European dealer.

Thanks guys! I had a Street Beat, but found it a bit small and preferred the rubber inlaid handle of the FB04.

THANK YOU once again Deacon for all your info --- it is such a great help to us "newbies" that have recently got into Spyderco's.
