FB05 Temperance needs a Sprint?

In looking at other knife brands and Spyderco offerings in fixed blade, I'm always drawn to those most like the FB05. I have it in plain and serrated, leaf-blade, VG-10.

I'd love to see a sprint return, perhaps in Maganacut, or some other newer steel.

Perhaps return with a reverse tanto or Seax kind of treatment.

I know I'd pick one or two up.

Anyone else?

The Temperance has been gone a long time. I doubt the molds are still available to make a Sprint. Frankly, I prefer the Temperance2, but YMMV.

Wishful thinking, I guess, but I preferred the original over the 2.
Saw one on feabay recently going for just south of 300 and it got me thinking there might be demand.
Original (MBC handle) and leaf design. Maybe another treatment on blade shape with original handle.
It was a nice design.

Sorry. I generally don't put reverse Tanto's on my designs, I guess you can regrind it or hire a custom maker to do so? I'll leave the Seax design to Ed Schempp. He's better at it than I am.

Hi Rick,

We generally don't do the "time" thing. Too many variables change time and then we have uptight customers. When we have them in hand and they've cleared QC, then we can say.
