My new Busse finally came, a FBM CG, i can't wait to get home and attack the wood pile. One of the guys that work for me said it was silly to have a knife that big,what could you possibly need that for? I'm thinkin i should fire him, what do you guys think? G.M

You can do better than that. Tell him to come by with a cAr of your favorite burr, and then have him chop your woodpile down while you watch and drink with a smile on your face.

I think you should get an NM FBM LE, and show him what a big knife looks like.

Good thing about subordinates....when they make comments such as those, you can fire them

Co-works it's a bit more difficult since you can't fire them....takes a bit more time to frame them for a termination level offense
