Thanks Skunk! I ordered a Kydex sheath for my FBM LE Wednesday evening and it was here on Saturday. Can't beat that.

Plus, it is one of the nicer Kydex sheaths I have seen (comparing to production Kydex sheaths - SOG, Ka-bar, etc..). And at $55 + shipping is a steal.

Just curious though, does anyone know who made this sheath for the BCS? I would want to keep them in mind for the future... very nice work.

Ya, get us some pics!!:D

Pics will have to wait, to much family hanging around the house :(

The pics on the BCS website is dead on....

That is a very nice kydex sheath for the FBMLE. I too am curious to find out who made these sheaths? Whoever it is did a really nice job

Skunk, you didn't happen to make these while you were drunk did ya???? :)

:thumbup:Very nice craftmanship! We'll be hunting this maker down soon I'm guessin.

no not oku, the thumb ramp and handle blocking is different than my oku scabbards as well as the rivet pattern and texture. i'll check with vicki as she brought a few of these home.

.

Dave Brown perhaps? Maybe Okuden? I'm curious as well.

Definately not a Buy Brown sheath because Dave uses the taco style that I prefer. It does have a Okuden look but I don't think so either because okuden typically has a little more flare by the handle spine junction for the thumb pushoff. My guess is that Vicki grabbed these from Grandsuave  There are very distinct details in there that I see that are also present in Grandsuave's Sus Scrofa Sheath. Anybody want to bet some money ? :D

I received mine yesterday. GOt the GW too.

They are both really nice. Real thick kydex. Great retention.

I am going to attach a tigerhide cult in kydex today.

wil Post pics later

looks good gs, nice straigt ribits . i kind of like the thumb ramp too with a lil concave shape. does it have a built in bottle opener?
