Yeah, I had a nice cardboard/pleather piece made from a purse I found laying around.

Do a search in this forum. The question comes up a lot. Last night I ordered an Ontario RTAK sheath that is supposed to fit well. Got it from knifecenter

I'm gonna make my own again, probably this weekend, but this time will try using both stitching and rivets and also not dipping the sheath in 300 degree beeswax when the sheath is not completely dry thereby causing me to panic and spill hot wax all over everything including my once hairy feet.
