FCS Kali dvds: Caveat Emptor

Hello all,
have posted on fmatalk.com about a problem I have been having with a purchase from FCS Kali for their training dvds. http://www.fmatalk.com/showthread.php?t=2550
Ordered dvds in 15 August nothing, started chasing the order 3 September, have repeatedly emailed FCS Kali re order, have taken up with Paypal (dispute which was then escalated to claim) and still have no response.
Unfortunately have since found out that my case may not be an isolated incident.
Can anyone else who has experienced problems with FCS Kali please let me know how you managed to resolve the problem?. Paypal has proven to be pretty crap (their email facility doesn't work and as I am based in New Zealand contact by phone is a real headache).
Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

paypal came through and has advised me that the claim has been decided in my favour (still very hard to communicate with paypal with the non-functioning emailing facility), all-in-all still not happy with the whole thing as I believe that the FCS Kali dvds are full of great material and would like to have received them, but just can't get hold of them (legally). Would still like to hear if anyone else had a similar issue and managed to get the dvds in the end.

dvds turned up yesterday (09 Oct), am trying to get in contact with FCS re payment. Have managed to watch most of first dvd in curriculum, appears to be good stuff. Am really pleased the dvds have turned up. if someone could let me know how I can change the thread title so I can update it would be much appreciated.
