Fears Survival Knife toughness.

I'm interested in a Fears Survival Knife and I have a few questions about it. Normally I like something like 1095 carbon steel in a fixed blade, but I was wondering how the 440C stainless steel would hold up to batoning, prying, and chopping. Also, does anybody know how good the heat treat is on the Fears? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hey Guys....

I've got 3 of them and I think it's an Awesome knife...

It's a Great size, and does a good job for a medium sized camp knife..
It would be one of the last knives I'd give up!

I didn't know they came in 1095 carbon steel. It only said 440C on their website.
