Beautiful! Looks just like the kind of tool you'd want to have tucked in your boot top at the poker table.:D

Looks like very nice work, Mike.
How do you like working w/buffalo horn ?

Doug

Nice Damascus, nice knife. To follow up on Doug's question, how much does the horn move? Is it stabilized?

Thanks for the comment Doug.
I don't mind working buffalo horn if that's what the customer wants. It's just a little soft and has to be worked slow and cool.
So far have had no problem with movement.

Great looking knife Mike, I have worked with buffalo horn a lot and have to say it doesn't give you some of the unwanted surprises you get from other materials like exotic woods. It's all in what someone likes and what sells.
