This is one is going to one of our own BF collectors. It was a pleasure to build.

Sorry for the not so great pics. I'm going to invest in a good camera one of these days:eek:

Feather Damascus Blade is just shy of 10" in front of guard. The guard /fittings / frame are polished /heat colored Zirconium. Silicon bronze spacers / liners. Ancient Walrus ivory handle.

Special thanks to Mike Q. For answering all my dumb questions on this build.

Thanks for looking

Pure awesomeness, Bing! I love the guard/collar treatment; it really sets off the whole design.

Great looking knife, love the feather Damascus!

Man, you got a lot of blade for that handle size......can we see it in the closed position?:D

Nicely done, beautiful steel. Classy bowie in every respect.

nice, clean lines and I'm really glad you didn't flute the top and bottom of the spacers. I find that often when a maker does that, it creates an eddy in the flow, which results in a less clean looking profile. Loving the use of zirconium here, that stuff is so black, so shiny, so durable and it sets the knife off perfectly. Bronze accents are very nice, and will likely become much more interesting as they develop a patina. Dig the English swedge. As for the feather? Please don't tickle me with it :)

Great attention to little details, but it takes a long while to take your eyes off that amazing feather Damascus and look at the rest. This is a piece that's going to get handled a lot. Thanks for sharing
