feathered Ws damascus

I'm to the step where I need to cut the billet for the feathered part. I am questioning myself on which axis to make the cut. I believe it might be down the middle of my last stack. i would like to make sure before I make this cut. It's been a lot of work so I don't really want to screw it up now. Any help would be great or a suggestion on where to get the answer. Thanks
