First, kudos on the switch to the new user software. From the perspective of the user, it seems everything converted seamlessly but I'm sure much work was involved.
My suggestion is to add a link to the Exchange in the top menu bar. Most importantly, I'd like the link to go to a full list of Exchange forums with previews of new posts. The link and previews were present on the old software and I miss it.
When the new software was first running, the forum list had previews but it was a bit overwhelming because all of the categories for the entire forum were spread out. The compact list is much better for the entire forum list but unfortunately it misses the previews. The previews would be nice for the Exchange and if a page only had Exchange categories, the expanded form might be much more manageable.
The nice thing about the previews of new posts on the Exchange is that something might catch my eye on areas of the Exchange that I don't visit regularly. I mostly look at a few areas, but a preview of a new topic has often led me to buy from other Exchange areas that I probably would have missed otherwise.
