Go to his profile, click on "Feedback Score" then click "Submit Feedback" and leave appropriate feedback. Hope that helps.

Are you sure that the thread you're trying to leave feedback for is in the exchange? Can you post a link to the thread that you're trying to leave feedback on question

Actually, there is a green icon in the original post of the Exchange thread you bought from, if you click it, it will take you directly to the iTrader section. If you don't see the green link, it's not a legitimate Exchange thread and feedback is not available. Your choice would then be to start a thread in the Feedback secion.

Right at the bottom of his first post click the rate seller icon it's green and on the left hand side.

I go to his feed back section and it says I have problems. is its possible that he closed the thread so that is the problem??

No it doesn't matter if he closed the thread or not. Maybe it could be a browser issue? Try to clear your cookies that might help too.

Richard, why are you making such a simple thing so incredibly difficult? I replied to your email with instructions on how to clear the cookies on your browser, also instructed you to log out then log back in.
