Could anyone explain the feedback math to me? I just received two positive feedback scores and my percentage only went up by 1.7% - from 90% to 91.7%. Seems the one negative feedback I received over 2-years ago is still affecting the overall percentage even though it was for a transaction that never occurred. Or, does the specific type of transaction (sale, trade, or for the same deal link) affect the percentages differently?

Thank you.

Looks like you were hit with a negative feedback, even though there was no transaction. No items changed chands, no money changed hands. That in my view should not be there. It's always been my understanding that iTrader feedback is to be used only for completed transactions. Whether they are a success or a failure. If you backed out of a deal for whatever reason, that doesn't merit a negative feedback score in my view, because nothing happened. Jt my view. Not sure about strange percentage.
