Feedback not working?

Neither myself (the buyer) nor the seller are able to leave feedback for each other. I keep getting all sorts of bogus error messages when I try. Has anyone else had problems with this lately?

I haven't had this issue, and I left feedback yesterday.

Are you filling everything out and choosing every option?

Also, this belongs in the technical section, not GKD.
 
I had this problem twice recently. The buyer must have posted at least one message in the sale thread, and it also must be unlocked/open for more replies. If the seller closed the thread you probably need to have him reopen it.
 
If you did not post in the thread, then you cannot leave feedback. That is how the new software tracks purchases, you MUST POST in the sales thread.

I thought that the thread can be locked, as long as both parties have posted in the thread.
 
It might be, but I had not heard or seen anything from anyone on the subject further than what was discussed the first couple weeks. o_O

yeah, I posted a reply to the thread. but it's currently locked. filled out everything I was asked to. the error messages are NOT helpful and are probably bogus. i've asked the seller to unlock
