You can leave itrader feedback by linking to the deal thread you were involved in. You can also leave feedback in the Good, Bad, & Ugly subforum in the Exchange forum. Many people do both.
ETA: just to make it more clear I'll give you an example. You see an add in the exchange you'd like to buy. You post I'll take it. You pay him and he ships the knife promptly and it is received in 'as described' condition and you are pleased with the transaction. Copy and paste the sale thread and that should allow you to leave him itrader feedback including a brief comment. And don't forget about the G,B,& U. That can also be a great place to help you decide who NOT to deal with if you use the search feature.
