Feedback question...

I often get custom orders from BFC members who contact me directly via pm or email. Therefore, there's no sale thread as such. I'd like to be able to leave positive feedback for them (and hopefully receive it in turn), but I'm unsure if that's considered a "sale via BladeForums" and/or how I should go about it. Thanks for your time, and I apologize if I've overlooked the answer somewhere.

The only way I can see to do this is to create a "sale" thread in the exchange. To give or receive feedback it has to be tied to some thread in the exchange.

You can only get iTrader feedback with an Exchange forum URL. No URL, no iTrader, it's a required field.
The alternative is to post a FEEDBACK forum thread.

So, I could either create a sale thread and mark the knife as sold, or create a positive thread for the buyer, yes? That makes sense, thank you.

If you want it to count towards your itrader score than you would have to create a sale thread.
