Feedback Score

I have noticed some people have their "Feedback Score" listed by their name in each post they make. I have looked in Settings and profile info and can't find an option to have this on mine? I think it is a great feature especially when considering trades etc.

I am aware you can see the feedback score on everyone's profile!

The scores show up in Exchange threads, except for FEEDBACK/GBU, and not in discussion threads.
