My feedback stats show 7 items but there should be 8...can someone fix that...

It show's correctly.

You have 8 total positive Feedback. The "score" shows 7 because it only counts unique feedback, or one per user.

I believe this is so folks can't buddy up and leave a bunch of positive for a friend to artificially inflate their score.
