Greetings Spark

Recently there were 2 incomplete transactions which I've received negative feedbacks on;

1st) w/ user Emersonaholic this was regarding my USN G6 HD-7. Listed in my sales thread I've asked for either +4% Paypal fees or FF whichever the buyer prefers. However, after receiving the payment thru Paypal Goods, it was missing the 4% fees. I've communicated it w/ the buyer and offered to split the fee 50/50. Unfortunately, the buyer failed to make the remaining payment as result I've retracted from selling to him and issued a full refund immediately. Since no item or monetary unit ever exchanged hands. I believe according to our forum rules, this could qualify to be remove. Would you kindly review and let me know what is your opinion on it?

2nd) w/ Rplanalp regarding a trade (Partial $ & XM-18) for his WW Brend 2 #13/50. I've filed a claim w/ Paypal, it was issued and resolved today (06/18/15). The negative feedback coming from Rplanalp is considered pre-mature since we did not complete a deal. At the same time, I felt insulted and left him a negative feedback as well...(it was a hot headed move). I'm not sure whether this particular transaction would qualify. If it does, can you also please remove it from Rplanalp's list as well? I want it even and square between us.

Please let me know,

Regards,
Andy

Just for clarification purposes and the edification of others that may not be aware.

1st) Paypal fees are 2.9%, not 4%; straight from the Paypal site:
There's no fee to use PayPal to purchase goods or services. However, if you receive money for goods or services (such as from selling an item on eBay), the fee for each transaction is 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount you receive. International payments:
Not sure where people get these crazy amounts from, but there it is straight from the horse's mouth. People always seem to do better when they just factor in the their cost and not push the fees onto other people. Just my opinion after seeing several thousands of sales threads if not more.

2nd) Retaliatory feedback is not allowed. If you got slammed you should have told us immediately as soon as you noticed it. Returning the favor isn't a good idea and is frankly immature. Again, just my opinion.
Here is what the rules say:

SECTION 4 - Rules for Feedback -
1. All feedback on sales or trades must be kept to the Feedback Forum and/or iTrader. Do not clutter up a sales thread with it.
2. It is not mandatory to leave feedback, but it is highly recommended. It serves an important purpose sharing your good and bad experiences with the community. If you need help ask us, we can help. There is only so much we can do, we are not able to help with deals that occurred on Facebook, Instagram, eBay or other places.
3. We will not edit feedback for you unless it's an obvious error (ie negative rating). You can report it using the black triangle button on the iTrader page and be patient.
4. Retaliatory negative feedback ratings can earn you an infraction. Getting pissed off because a deal didn't go though is no reason to try and ruin someones rep. You are expected to conduct yourself in a mature and responsible manner, failure to do so will result in warnings or infractions as necessary.
5. If a deal did not happen, there is no iTrader Feedback to leave. Sorry if you were inconvenienced, but life is full of disappointments. As long as you are not out any items or money, move along. Consider improving the terms of your sales threads / read the sellers terms carefully in order to avoid this before buying.

6. Threads started in the Feedback: G, B, & U section should contain facts that support your reason for starting a thread. Remember there is a difference between opinion and fact. Keep your topic civil or hold off posting until you've composed yourself. Complaining about a person that has exercised their rights as a seller or buyer does no good, and it may backfire on you.
7. You need to be able to communicate in a clear, accurate, and organized manner. Insults, vulgarity, racist comments will not be tolerated whatsoever.
8. Dog-piling for the sake of putting your 2 cents in is not going to be tolerated. If you have something useful to contribute, share it with confidence. If you are only going to contribute some silly comment, save it and move along. This has been a growing problem and we are going to be more proactive to lessen it.
