I tried to delete my old private messages, but I can't get to them in order to delete them. I can't even get to them to see what they are! Now I keep getting emails saying that someone tried to PM me but I couldn't get it! This is very frustrating! Am I just stupid or something? Why can't I figure out how to do this?

Service and Support is where to ask this.

And the best thing to do will be for you to make a new post in that forum with a better title that's more likely to attract the attention of someone who knows the answer.

The moderators can just close this thread.

I'll move this to Service & Support and maybe the next person who has the same question will find it. Ashes' problem was she didn't realize sent messages get saved too and you have to go to your outbox to delete them.
