For the SE Penn's woods, NJ, DE & MD HOGs (no, you don't have to be inducted!!)... And anyHOG else who wants to make the trip... How many of you would be interested in a GTG/Chop-in somewhere around the middle of April/early May time frame?

Most likely I'm looking to hold this in the Malvern PA. area where my Dad has a small horse farm. We'd have plenty of parking, room for swingin' some INFI & space to gather, show each other some of our Busse's, and catch some good knife talk... and mebbe plan a simple outdoor barbecue of burgers, hotdogs & chicken. Best time would probably be a weekend-day, I'd imagine, so I figure that with this thread up early, we can pick a good weekend to hold this first ever (AFAIK) Middle Atlantic HOG gathering!!

So if y'all are interested, let's get together, and cause a temporary shift in the magnetic field!! :D

...Amy, Garth, Jerry... Y'all KNOW that you have a standing invite if ya want to make the trip! ;)

Lemme know whatcha think, HOGs... :thumbup: And please post what weekend(s) would work best for you.

Please leave the guns at home this time. You won't be able to shoot on the property anywway as my Dad is not really wild about firearms. Also, I believe that the township my Dad's place is in has a no gunning law. If you routinely CCW, that's fine, but they will need to be secured under lock & key (i.e. in your locked vehicle) while we play, cool?

I ... and perhaps the other NoVA Hogs ... would surely be interested.

As always, the guv'mint does have some plans for me. I'll be gone from reality visiting a government fantasy from about 9 April until 18 April (late night return, it seems).

I'm also supposed to "Moderate" some darned thing on 23 and 24 April, returning late afternoon on 25 April ... possibly. Depends on whether the government decides ... of course, at the last minute ... whether they can really afford this "darned thing."

Otherwise, I'd surely give it a shot!:D

No problem! I do not carry routinely. I was just eager to bust out the Desert Eagle.

Philly's not so far from Malvern, I could probably make it if there was some decent beer to be had as an INFI chaser... Maybe I'd need to bring down a case of Dogfish Head something or other.
