I got my CGFBM back from my buddy yesterday. I loaned her to him for the Summer to help him get over losing his family dog. Well, I got the Mistress back in very used shape and cleaned her up. Those Scotchbrite wheels do a good job getting rust off the blade. It just made me a little misty eyed to see her in such a state from another man.:eek:
I'm sure it's just the INFI in the air. I couldn't be feeling nostalgic with my oldest of 6 (25) in bootcamp and my youngest (5) going to his first day of school today.:rolleyes:

Oh get over it she's just one of your mistress's their meant to be used. :eek::D
As for the kids enjoy them while they are at home because they grow so quick. Then they move out you'll still see them i'm sure. Its just that the house gets really quite. Its just not the same. :(

Man i think you been busy enough. One in boot camp and one just gett'in on the bus. WHEW!! :eek: I thought you were mainly into Busse knives. :D Guess not. :thumbup:

In that case i'll have to run that one by my wife. Wish me luck, maybe i should hide all the sharp insturments first. :eek::D I don't think you'll have to worry about an empty nest for along time at the rate your umm....multi tasking. :D:p
 
Yep....they do grow up fast! My girls are 17 and 22 now. Man they are beautiful young women now...smart and sharp. Hey kinda like Busse knives!

I missed my CGFBM soooo much I ended buying another one. Won't sell this one...no way. I still miss my NM FBM LE.....maybe someday I'll snag another. Of course by then, they'll be going for a couple grand.
 
My youngest is a Senior in high school, my other two are in college. They do grow fast.
 
My kids are 25, 23, 19, 17, 9 and 5. I finally found out what causes 'em. A couple snip and a couple burns later and I don't have to worry about leaving any of my INFI to more than 6 piglets.

Kids and INFI is my favorite combo.:thumbup:
