woke up one morning, and i was feeling a bit wicked...this is what i came up with when i was thru grinding... still needs to be cleaned up a bit more...cable damascus just under 8" overall, fileworked snakewood scales, copper pins and thong liner...im still undecided whether or not i should blue the blade(to show more contrast) or not...
what do you guys think?

my wife says she wants it!...would make a perfect ,walk thru the "parking lot" at late night knife

Picture didn't come up. Funny about your wife though. My wife walked off with my last damascus knife before I even had to sharpen it!

Looks good, would definatly make a good walk through the park knife;)

The snake wood realy compliments the cable pattern

Hey!!! I seen that knife before??? Some Sacana Greenhorn had one over my house yesterday and it looked just like that. Oh!! That was you.

That is wicked. Is the top edge sharpened? That would make it even more wicked. I really like that knife.

Fantastic!

That is Mean, and it's beautiful. Wow, what a way to end the weekend.

Thanks for inspiring,
Dave

i appreciate the kind words... thanks:)
poboy: the top grind is not sharp...the law up here in Mass frown on double edged blades...although it could easily be sharpened;)

Pete: yeah it was a B%&%# to grind the double grinds but, it was more of a learning curve for me... i just have to stay at it now!:D

now the biggest pain is the sheath i have to make for it:barf: did i ever mention i hate making sheaths:p

That is just to COOL and Radical at the same time...
I hate regular leather sheaths also..
Bruce

i really like the over all design. fron the hawkish blade grind to the handle profile.
