Anyone own one of these impressive looking knives? This thing looks like a BEAST!!! Feedback on how well this thing chops/batons/cuts/ ETC. PICS TOO!

I don’t have an Extreme Judgement, but I do have a Last Chance.
Fehrman knives are of the highest quality and CPM 3V is among the finest of the modern powder steels.

You can’t go wrong.

Here's link to a review of the Final Judgement by renowned survival instructor Ron Hood:

It should give you some idea of what the EJ should be capable of.

have ordered the final judgment & will try to report on its qualities in a few weeks. i do'nt consider these knives to be expensive for what you get.

Cool.
You will be impressed with the machining work that Eric does on his knives.

The overall quality is among the best I've ever seen on a production knife.
You are right, the cost is very reasonable for what you get. I've paid a lot more for a lot less.

Looking forward to the review.

I have used them before, they are good knives. :)

Didn't like the handles, too small for me.

THANKS for the PICS! If you have any more that would be nice. How do you like the choil on the handle itself? Does it hurt when chopping or batoning? I have heard some people don't care for the handle for one reason or another....what size hands would fit this handle good(Large, med, small?) Also...how does the edge hold up? Do you like the V grind?

Sorry, I am unable to answer your questions because I do not have a sufficient knowledge in your language, I am French and I do not know how to write correctly .

Cristobal great pics also thanks for the comparison photos on the models. i have to say you are extremely capable at chopping. cuts are so accurate looks like a power tool.

I have a first strike, and IMHO, its my best woods knife, bar none.

THe choil is great, and since you dont hold the choil when batonning, theres no impact. I really love the handle, when choking up, the blade is straight for finer work, and when holding back to chopping, the blade is forward for better chopping leverage. I have medium sized hands, and the handle is a bit large with gloves one, but it is extremely secure.

The V-grind it came with is ok, but I convexed it. I live the full flat main bevel, then put a nice convex secondary bevel, and that knife will perform like non other.
