Sold - thanks dodgeem33!
I really hate to sell this one, but it doesn't get used and I need the money.
I got this First Strike a while ago, used it a couple of times to try it out, then it hasn't been used since. It had one previous owner who also used it just a couple of times.
The build quality of Fehrman's knives is terrific; possibly the best production knives going. It's a real struggle to let it go even though I never use it. It will make a fantastic knife for its lucky new owner.
The main edge has been sharpened (convex) once. Never had any dings, nicks, chips or rolls, never cut anything but a little wood.
The coating is 95%, just a little bit of smoothing near the edge from the sharpening and a tiny bit mid way from the kydex. The kydex sheath grips the handle, not the blade, so smoothing from it is minimal.
There are two kydex sheaths; the Ferhman pancake-style one and a much, much superior custom one. The custom sheath fits it like a glove, is very sturdy and is slimmer than the factory sheath. Tek-lok included. It's probably one of the best kydex sheaths I've ever had!
The knife is number 111.
The Knife is in the UK, but I'll ship almost anywhere.
Price: £145 posted UK RMSD
At the moment, it's $245 for tracked and insured US shipping - might go up if the pound keeps falling
Buyer pays paypal fees (or pay as a gift; no fees)
Trades (adjusted as needed) for Busses will be considered
Please click on the pictures for a much bigger one. Thanks for looking.
Please note - the pictures really don't do the knife justice - my camera is on the way out and the flash glare makes the edge look nasty - it's nicely convexed, straight, clean and polished!!!
