Fehrman Knives - Any Info?

Do any y'all have experience with their Survival series? They look a little heavy. How do they cut and wear? I know CPM-3V is angry stuff. I was thinking of getting me a Last Chance. Is their wait still in the 1 month range? Obliged!

I've got the Final Judgement and I'm waiting for a Peace Maker, similar to the Last Chance but in thinner stock. The wait is on the order of a month, best to call and ask. They may look heavy, but the flat grind takes off a lot of weight. The handle is comfortable and makes them feel good in the hand.

I know Eric hasn't changed the web site (Fehrman Knives) yet but we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Our shop was working non-stop for a while to meet some major dead lines, now that that is accomplished I think we're ready to take on new knife orders. We do have some knives in stock, and there are a few that we will need to make new batches of. Out of 7 that just went in heat treat 6 are already sold (there were a lot of orders placed regardless of the wait). The best thing to do is call Eric, and see what is available and when.

P.S. As of today there is one black and one satin Last Chance that just need final sharpening and handles!
