Hi all, just discovered Fehrman knives and have a hankering for the smaller 4" Peacemaker as I love me a good small blade. It looks like an excellent knife from a great company.

With that said, there really is not too much out there on the Peacemaker and was just wondering your thoughts?

My favorite sub 4-inchers are my RAT Cutlery RC3mil and BRKT Canadian Special - if I love these knives, will I also love adding the Peacemaker into the mix?

This would also be my first knife with CPM3V.

Thanks for your help guys!

Fehrman knives dont disappoint. They are similar in shape to the Busse design or the Busse is similar in design to the Fehrman. Either way its a good thing design wise. They dont cost the earth and you get plenty of blade for your money. I know jackn about steals and heat treats but I know what I like and I like Fehrmans. :D

I have the 7.5 inch first strike, as well as the Thru Hiker. Both are awsome blades. I have had many knives come and go, including about 22 Busse knives that I sold. In the end though, I kept both Fehrmans. That should say enough right there.

I am not saying anything bad about Busse, so before I get 50 e mails yelling at me, just thought I would add that. They just didnt fit me as well as the Fehrmans, and the Fehrmans had much better fit and finish in my opinion.
