Fehrman reccomend

Going to be used for Big game hunting and cleaning, trying to decide on the peacemaker or the shadow scout , anyone that has owned these models please comment and help me form a decision.

The Shadow Scout would be the better choice I think.

I have them both. Great knives. For whitetail I think the peacemaker is a great size. When you say "big-game" I'm assuming elk, moose, bear????? The larger blade of the shadow scout would be welcome, I'd think. Great knives... Delivery takes a while (about 2 months when I ordered) , so you might want to inquire about that before ordering.

Shadow Scout, hands down. This knife really fits the bill in spades!

Had a peacemaker used it butchering a couple moose. Great steel and great size for the task...sold it thinking I had found s/t better. Wish I still had it.
