Fehrman Shadow Scout???

I have been thinking of picking up the satin Fehrman Shadow Scout. Does anyone have any experiance with this knife? What were your thoughts on its design and function??

I have the First strike, so I know fit and finish will be spot on..
 
I have 4 Fehrman knives but have not gotten around to getting this one yet. Any knife made by Fehrman will do anything it was designed to do and will be tough as a tank.

Have no fear, just go ahead and get it. If you don't like it just go ahead and send it to me :)

I have one with black coating.. excellent knife, the right size for me, extremely sharp... not big enough for great chopping, but excellent for camp duty...I really like the design, the handle could be a bit longer, but it feels great none the less...it really is a nice size for general duty. Used it recently to cut up carpet and it did a good job, had to sharpen it up after and it was easy to restore the edge... excellent knife!

I am thinking of getting the 9" chopper :D
 
You will not be sorry you got a Fehrman. I believe they are some of the best knives made right now and Eric is a great guy to deal with!! You cannot go wrong with any Fehrman blade.
